नई दिल्ली। खाद्य व किराना डिलीवरी कंपनी जोमैटो के निदेशक मंडल ने कंपनी का नाम बदलकर इटरनल लिमिटेड करने के प्रस्ताव को मंजूरी दे दी है। कंपनी के संस्थापक और सीईओ दीपिंदर गोयल ने कंपनी के शेयरधारकों को लिखे पत्र में लिखा, “हमारे बोर्ड ने आज इस बदलाव को मंजूरी दे दी है और मैं अपने शेयरधारकों से भी इस बदलाव का समर्थन करने का अनुरोध करता हूं।
अगर और जब हमें नियामकीय मंजूरी मिल जाती है, तो हमारी कॉर्पोरेट वेबसाइट zomato.com से eternal.com में बदल जाएगी।” उन्होंने कहा, “हम अपने स्टॉक टिकर को भी ज़ोमैटो से बदलकर इटरनल कर देंगे। इटरनल में चार प्रमुख व्यवसाय शामिल होंगे, जिनके नाम हैं जोमैटो, ब्लिंकिट, डिस्ट्रिक्ट और हाइपरप्योर।”
